Offsite Admin LLC is based in Washington state and run by Maurice Terrill, Founder & CEO.
Maurice also owns Method Traffic Services, a Washington traffic-control company. He built agents to run much of that office (time cards, invoicing, AR, dispatch support and job setup) and now builds the same kind of system for other small businesses, each with its own app, its own database and an assistant that waits for your OK.

Questions we hear
Is this a template, like Wix or Squarespace?
No. Your website and app are custom-built for your business, around your services, rates and workflow.
Does the AI send emails or invoices on its own?
No. The assistant and our agents prepare drafts. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Who can see my business data?
Each client gets its own separate database. Your app uses invite-only logins that you control.
Do I have to stop using QuickBooks?
No. You keep your own QuickBooks Online subscription. With Admin Support, invoicing is processed in your QuickBooks through an API connection.
Does my team need to download anything from an app store?
No. Your team adds the app to their phone's home screen from a link, and updates show up automatically. A branded customer app in the App Store and Google Play is available as an add-on.
What's included in Admin Support, and what isn't?
Invoicing and quotes in QuickBooks, time-card review, payment reminders with personal follow-up at 30+ days, and a monthly AR summary. It does not include bank reconciliation, payroll runs or tax filings.
What is the premium assistant?
An assistant with inbox and daily routines: each morning it gives you a prioritized mailbox, your to-dos and the follow-ups it has drafted, all waiting for your OK.
